Robert L. Schwarz has dedicated his career to providing exceptional legal representation. Prior to relocating to the Lowcountry, he successfully litigated a diverse range of criminal and civil cases in the Philadelphia area. With a strong record of litigating jury trials to verdict and handling numerous bench trials and motion hearings, Robert brings extensive courtroom experience to his practice.

Upon his move to the Lowcountry, Robert obtained his real estate broker’s license and joined an AMLaw 200 law firm on Hilton Head Island. As an Attorney in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, he skillfully represented clients in both residential and complex commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, Robert offered his expertise in assisting clients with business formation and licensing, showcasing his versatile legal capabilities.

Notably, Robert’s dedication and proficiency earned him recognition in the Super Lawyers 2023 list as a “Rising Star,” an accolade bestowed upon up-and-coming legal professionals under the age of 40.
